Bumpomov became Bumpomov's Dogs (I changed the simple spaceships into
dogs) and the game was offered for sale by the Atari Program Exchange
(APX). I think APX sold at least a few copies at a computer show in San
Francisco in early 1984, where they gave away hundreds of
Bumpomov's Dogs helium balloons as a promotion. However, I never
received any royalties. Atari and the computer game market collapsed,
and I haven't written any games since.
